This code means the car's 'windpipe' (the throttle butterfly) isn't moving where the computer told it to. It's incredibly common on VW Golfs and Vauxhall Insignias where oily soot gums up the works.

Also, check the wiring harness near the plug—on the Corsas and Astras, the wires can rub thin and break inside the insulation, giving you a phantom range error that a new throttle body won't fix.
